This is a very cool area in the middle of downtime Seattle. The park is a garden with a 22 foot waterfall that is mesmerizing. Eight Japanese stonemasons built the park in 1977 on the original location of the United Parcel Service. It's pretty much only open to the public during the day but it's a fun place to go for lunch.
