The Missing Lamp Post (GC15C75)

This was just suppose to be a "quick" lunch time cache.  Unfortunately, the public transit system in Seattle at noon doesn't understand the word quick.  It took me 20 minutes each way to go less then a mile, I should have just walked it work have been faster.

It was a pretty cool puzzle cache here is the cache details.  On the actual page the red font is white and hidden until you highlight the text.

**THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE LISTED COORDINATES, THIS IS FOR THE MISSING LAMP POST***

So please be careful and watch for cars during this hunt!

At the cache site there are 4 large bolts that should have a lamp post attached but for some reason there isn't one  so it's just the bolts hence the cache name.  The cache is hidden on the fence right next to the missing lamp post.
