Outlets Exit Here (GC1XN4N)

We had to head home from my brother-in-laws house today, but Julie had to stop at the outlet mall and do a little shopping.  While she was shopping I headed out to see if I couldn't get a few cache in.  This was a fun little hind.  it was a bison tube taped to a long coat wire that was stuck in the sign to the mall.  You could only see a little piece of the wire hanging out of the sign but as you pulled it the bison tube appeared.
